SEOUL, May 8 (Yonhap) -- South Korea is expected to allow imports of Chinese cherries in the coming months, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry said Tuesday.
The announcement comes after the National Plant Quarantine Service said cherries from Shandong Province met quarantine and pest control requirements. It said on-site inspections had been conducted to ensure that current quality levels can be maintained. |
