About the Korea Trade Commission. Welcome to our site.The Korea Trade Commission (KTC) is a quasi-judicial agency responsible for resolving trade disputes and redressing injury or potential injury to Korean industries. We investigate allegations of dumping and subsidies and take the appropriate corrective measures. In addition, we keep track of import-related trends to determine the level of injury our industries would sustain in the event of a sudden increase in imports of a certain item. We also investigate suspected rule-of-origin violations, infringement of intellectual property rights, unfair trade practices and other violations of WTO rules, and apply trade remedies where appropriate.The KTC is committed to a fair and transparent trade remedy system.
